Our Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:
We always request that our customers check their entries for accuracy. We engrave all bats exactly as our customers' entries appear on-line, or as requested when we are contacted to provide more engraving than available on-line. For personalized orders, our customers accept and bear responsibility for accuracy of spellings, names, dates and other information to be laser engraved. EngravedToLast bears no responsibility for customer errors and will not provide exchanges, refunds or credit for such errors.
However, if you find, as the purchaser of one of our Totally Customized or Personalized engraved baseball bats, the rare instance where EngravedToLast has not engraved the bat as you have ordered, return the misengraved merchandise within ten (10) days of receipt to us at the following address (George and George, Inc., PO Box 557, Oaks, Pennsylvania 19456).
Also call or send us an E-Mail to let us know where and how we made the mistake, that you are returning the misengraved merchandise, and your order number. We'll send out engraved replacement(s) upon receipt of the original(s).
